TASTE. ORIGIN. CRAFT.

  • WHAT YOU TASTE
A rich, full-bodied cup layered with chocolate, caramel, and toasted sugar - naturally sweetened by hand-infused Dominican cacao, with almond warmth and a silky finish.

  • WHY IT TASTES THAT WAY

Coffee and cacao grown side by side in the Cordillera Mountains, cultivated on ancestral lands using Indigenous Taíno canuco mounding — a centuries-old technique that enriches the soil with zero synthetic inputs.

    HOW IT'S MADE

Hand-harvested, fully washed, and sun-dried on raised beds. Medium-roasted in Tamboril, DR, then hand-infused with small-batch roasted Dominican cacao — folding two of the island's most sacred crops into one cup.

FROM ANCESTRAL HANDS

The farmers of the Cordillera Mountains are the hands behind Cocoa Canuco. They've kept canuco mounding alive — an Indigenous Taíno method that nourishes the plant and enriches the soil — and they grow the very cacao that's folded into this cup after roasting.
